All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received in writing on or before January 6, 2010, will receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after January 6, 2010, and before January 28, 2010, will be refunded less 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be given after January 28, 2010, or for no-shows. All refunds will be processed after the completion of the conference.
