Housing Deadline: January 22, 2010

For participants who require housing, the Cardiovascular Research Foundation (CRF) has reserved a block of rooms at the New York Marriott Marquis hotel in Times Square, located at 1535 Broadway between 45th and 46th Streets.

To make a reservation, please contact the New York Marriott Marquis at 800-843-4898 and indicate that you are with the "CRF-CTO Summit" group or on the hotel Web site. Complete the "Check Rates & Availability" section, and enter CRFCRFA in the group code box under "Special Rates & Awards" to receive the preferred group rate of $229 (single/double occupancy), excluding taxes, per night. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

Housing reservations must be made by Friday, January 22, 2010; thereafter, hotel accommodations and preferred group rates will be subject to availability. Room cancellations must be made in accordance with the hotel cancellation policy 48 hours prior to arrival or your credit card will be charged for one-night stay and applicable taxes.

CRF offers the services of American Express Business Travel if you should need assistance with air or ground travel.
